It also permits to send traditional inline PGP mails in any charset of $send_charset (instead of forced $send_charset="us-ascii:utf-8").

Are there any mail clients that will decode that correctly? Pretty much the only reason I send inline-PGP these days is for the mutt list (long story) and to people who use pine---which doesn't have very good charset support at all, much less when decoding PGP.
