I don't think the defaults should be implemented in a Muttrc, not
because of upgrade problems, but because there should be an easy
and automatical way to cancel the defaults. The problem is that the
defaults consist in a *list* of statements, and IMHO, if the user
adds a statement in his muttrc, then the whole default list should
be ignored.
