I had problems in a UTF-8 environment when someone was using a "From:"
header with raw ISO-8859-1 characters: when I wanted to reply, I got
only the characters up to the raw 8-bit character in the "To:" field,
therefore not the e-mail address. I've never got any freeze. However
I use a patched version of Mutt (with the assumed_charset patch, in
particular).
