I'd like to see a more compact version. Instead of dating each
feature, I think it would suffice to collect them together between
releases. I don't think it's necessary to include release notices that
don't include features either. Maybe something more like this:

M: modified, N: new, D: deleted

Mutt 1.5.11 (2005-09-15):

 M $envelope_from is now a deprecated alias for $use_envelope_from.

N $envelope_from_address variable allows manually specifying the
   envelope sender address.

N Progress indicator for POP/IMAP downloads, controlled by $net_inc.

N IMAP server-side search support for simple string match patterns.

N Support simple string matches as well as regex, using =<pattern>
   instead of ~<pattern>.

M ~l matches all known lists, new ~u matches subscribed lists.
