     Yes until 1.5.10. But it's perhaps intended behaviour: %Z giving
 mail or thread status, %S giving one mail status. I don't know for sure
 as I don't use %S.

 set honor_followup_to=yes in muttrc is the default value, and makes your
 list replies go where the original author wanted them to go: Only to the
 list, or with a private copy.
