my first step before testing Thomas Glanzmann's patch was to update my sources
from CVS and rebuild mutt. After that I was not able to reproduce the problem
anymore. It seems one of the changes wrt the IMAP code that went into CVS
since March took care of it.
I am sorry that Thomas Glanzmann spend time to fix an issue that was already
fixed in CVS. My apologies.
