for send2-hook before. We're waiting. ;-)
BTW Takashi Takizawa's patch-1.5.6.tt.assumed_charset.1 is now
included in Gentoo package mutt-1.5.8-r2 since last week :-)). See
<URL:http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=70405>. Probably missing
your header masking enhancement though, unless you upstreamed it?
