As "*** Begin Notation (signature by: " can be translated,
this one can be translated.
For example, Japanese language has different order of words like,
"*** Notation Begin (name, by, signature) ***\n".

Reading this message, a user will know that the error is
not his fault but developers' fault (of either mutt or gpgme).
So, "Internal error" is valid IMHO.
