mutt-1.5.6i: problems with smime_keys

(1) smime_keys unconfigurably assumes 'openssl' is in /usr/bin/. This
is not always a good assumption.

(2) smime_keys will [in the default configuration] verify the S/MIME
cert you add. In smime-notes.txt, one has not yet created the
ca-bundle.crt file when one is told to add one's cert. The result is
ugly.
