If you try to answer to a PGP encrypted e-mail from somebody whose PGP
public key you don't have "mutt" will ask you to select a key if you
try to send the answer. Unfortunately there is no way to abort the
send to e.g. download the key from a key server first. The only
method to stop "mutt" from sending the e-mail is to forcefully exit
with CTRL-C. This is a bad usability problem which should be fixed.

You can bail out of the prompt the same way you bail out of every
other prompt in mutt: C-g.
