According to the Associated Press, physical mail from the U.S. to
Canada will be rejected unless the complete name and address of the
sender are included.  The reason: a "response to increased
security".

What you're missing is The Secure Snail Mail Act
of 2005, which makes it a Federal felony to send
mail with a false or missing return address.
