According to the Associated Press, physical mail from the U.S. to
Canada will be rejected unless the complete name and address of the
sender are included.  The reason: a "response to increased security".

Of course, that's *any* name and address that the sender chooses
to put on the mailing, not necessarily the *actual* name and address
of the sender.  The security-enhancing aspects of this rule are
unfortunately laughable.
