Mutt's <save> command will do this, but perhaps you would be better
served by correcting your mime command to display html text in the
format you desire. I find that w3m provides a ?truer? display of
tables and such than links/elink/lynx.
Save the msg to an empty/new file and you will have the raw msg as
mutt has received it. Or simply access it with less or an editor w/o
markup.
