abook(1):
--convert [ --informat <inputformat>  ]  [  --infile  <inputfile>  ]  [
       --outformat <outputformat> ] [ --outfile <outputfile> ]

Converts <inputfile> in <inputformat> to <outputfile> in <outputformat>

So for example
abook --convert --informat mutt --infile ~/.mutt/aliases --outformat
abook --outfile ~/.abook/addressbook
