Force mutt to send base64 instead of quoted-printable?

Hello,

I have an automated software which can not handel quoted printable and
the body if "utf-8". I need to send the stuff in "8bit" (prefered) or
"base64".

Is there a possibility to enforce this?

Thanks, Greetings and nice Sunday
