After some searching i found an SMIME signed message on exim-users :)

I can confirm setting 'crypt_autosmime' to 'no' makes mutt reply with
GPG signature to SMIME signed messages. The default value for this
setting is 'yes':

3.36. crypt_autosmime

Type: boolean
Default: yes

This variable controls whether or not mutt may automatically enable S/MIME
encryption/signing for messages. See also ``$crypt_autoencrypt'',
``$crypt_replyencrypt'', ``$crypt_autosign'', ``$crypt_replysign'' and
``$smime_is_default''.
