After some Googling and document reading I really can't find anything.
Everything I've found doesn't work right, so I guess I'll just have to
live with it.

Maybe I missed something, but Mutt should have an overriding variable
for the rc file that is always the type of encryption used (The
default variable doesn't seem to exist anymore, from what I've
experienced today).
