I agree that such negative matching hooks used carelessly can
provide difficulties in muttrc maintaining. But for push, and for other
non-reversible operations (exec, color body, ...), I see no better way.

A "Reply-To:" header field pointing to the same email address
as the "From:" is uselessly redundant: A loss of space.
