"PGP signature could NOT be verified"
I have come across this error message "PGP signature could NOT be
verified" and can not make out the reason?
I also checked older postings in mailing list but without worthwhile
results.
I have a key from following user:

When he sends me an email signed with sub key: 863F18A6, I see following in
mutt:

PGP signature could NOT be verified.
Wheras a signed email with ID 3483796E provides a good signature
message:

...
PGP signature successfully verified.
Any idea what could be the reason?
I have this setting in GPG part of .muttrc: set pgp_good_sign="^gpg: Good
signature from"
