mutt, exim and domains

Hi,

I'm using mutt 1.5.10i and exim 3.36 under debian

I have the following problem with mutt and exim:
(let us assume my name is John Doe and my login is jdoe)

my email is john.doe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I'm using an IMAP-server at imap://mail.eml.org

My .muttrc states

set hostname = "eml-d.villa-bosch.de"
my_hdr From: John Doe <John.Doe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

My /etc/exim/exim.conf states

qualify_domain = eml.org
# qualify_recipient =

Now my emails include the following header lines:

>From jdoe@xxxxxxx Thu Sep 29 14:51:41 2005
Return-Path: <jdoe@xxxxxxx>
Sender: John Doe <jdoe@xxxxxxx>

This is wrong as the address jdoe@xxxxxxx does not exist. I want to include
them instead

>From john.doe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Thu Sep 29 14:51:41 2005
Return-Path: <john.doe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
Sender: John Doe <john.doe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

How to do that?

I tried to set

qualify_domain = eml-d.villa-bosch.de
# qualify_recipient =

But this sets the domain of _all_ unqualified recipient names - even those
that have to be set by a subsequent MTA to a different domain. I just want
mine to be set correctly. How to do that?

Thank you for your help.

Uli
