The sender of the message determines which style of PGP message
(inline or MIME) is used when creating the message.  You can't (as far
as I know) change it after the message has been created.  When
PGP/MIME is used (it's generally preferred), the signature is a
separate MIME part, which is why it looks like an attachment.
