True Collapse thread function needed

 Hi,

I have configured mutt in a sort of 'strict collapse thread mode'. That is,
the index is always kept in a collapsed mode. When you press enter on a
message, it will automatically open the thread. I have remapped 'q' to Q<Esc>v,
so that when you come back, the thread will again collapse.

Now the problem is that there is no true collapse-thread function. Currently
the 'collapse-thread' in actuality is 'toggle-collapse-thread' , and actually
toggles the state, which is a bit irritable. I would like to know if someone
can add a proper collapse-thread function. Call it 'do-collapse-thread' and
'do-collapse-all'.

   Thanks.
