You're right, there wasn't.  Probably it will only be found on mail
from people who use the lists-reply functions (e.g. 'subscribe' and 'L')
and who have "set followup_to=yes" set.  Since I don't do that, my
outgoing mail doesn't have it.

mm  (who ought to have noticed that the header in question was part
     of the header prior to it getting to the mailing list)
