How to attach multi-files at one time?

After composing a mail, I pressed `a' to attach files, but I found that I can
only select and attach ONE file at one time, so when there are several files to
be attach, it seems they can only be attached repectively. Sometimes this can
lead into real boring.
Is there any method to first just select the needed files, then attach them all
to my message?
