sending mail from a dynamic IP address

Hi,

I'm using mutt to send mail.
I'm on a linux box RH9 (need to upgrade I know).
Several addresses (domains) that I send mail to, have bounced my mail back
because the originating IP address has been blacklisted.

If I were using a gui mail client I would have an outgoing mail server (with an
MTA), which would then deliver my mail.
The mail thus delivered wouldn't get bounced back.

However because I am a dialup client (and have a dynamic IP) my mail gets
rejected.
Is there any way I can get my ISP's mail server to relay the mail coming from
my machine, that is to set it up as trusted?

The last thing I want to do is revert back to a GUI mail client.

thanks,
kind regards,

Luke
