You have to set default-hooks. Unfortunately mutt doesn't remove hooks
if it returns from a folder. So you have to tell him that he should do
so. Like:

folder-hook . unmy_hdr From
folder-hook . unmy_hdr To
etc.

(btw: Not sure about the syntax. But I think the above should be
correct.)
