You appear to be using a CVS release. (That's why it's not in the
HTML manual at www.nutt.org.) Did you compile it yourself? If so, see
doc/manual.txt in the distribution.

If not, please search around in your distribution for a manual.txt file.
The package maintainer for your distribution should have included it
wherever is appropriate.
