Foreign Outlook version not using "Re:"

Hi everybody,

I have a problem with mutt not organizing threads correctly.

The problem is that some people use "reply all" to an e-mail and their
Outlook client then prefixes "SV:" in stead of "Re:" because they use a
danish version of outlook.

Outlook seems to add these headers:
  Thread-Topic: SV: Nyheder 25/10-04 jeg napper 4
  Thread-Index: AcS6dW9YcIMS9Ce2SlaaAlsi8tCmRgAADt+w

...but Mutt doesn't seem to care. Can I tell Mutt explicitly to consider
"SV:" as "Re:"? It seems to work when other clients reply with a "Re:".

I use procmail for sorting. Could I solve the problem here by e.g.
changing the subject line?
