set charset ....

Hi all,

I have set charset in Mutt to charset=iso-8859-1. However, now when I send a
message it still sends it with the Content-Type of text/plain, 7bit, us-ascii.
Is there anything else that needs to be done to use a different character set
than the default us-ascii ?

In fact if anyone knows of any good links that describe char sets and mutt, I
would appreciate them. Thanks !
