Ok, I think I got the first part, but how do you prevent mutt from
asking '?' to list directory, couldn't it just takes you to the main
directory and lists all the folders/files when hitting 'c' to change
(skipping '?') or perhaps I need some sort of definition/macro in
.muttrc?
