Hello open.pl and docserver.exe are referred to in the mutt manual, but I can't seem to find them on the web (the only reference I find is to http://www.math.fu-berlin.de/~leitner/mutt/open.pl and http://www.math.fu-berlin.de/~leitner/mutt/docserver.exe but there's nothing there any more, and on FeFe's new page there is nothing...)
