echo 'source ~/.muttrc'
echo 'set editor=echo entire_email >'
echo 'set edit_headers=yes'
echo 'push <mail>recipient\nsubject\ny'
echo 'push <sync-mailbox><quit>'
) | mutt -F /dev/stdin

I admit, it ain't pretty, but it should work perfectly (untested) unless
you have send-hooks modifying editor and/or edit_headers ;-)
