I think you mean verify sigs by fetching keys which you do not have. This is a
FAQ that hasn't been added to the FAQ yet. (Felix, are you out there?)
However, the thing about FAQs is that they're in the archive, with answers
already waiting for you. No need to send a message to 1000s of people hoping
one won't mind repeating the answer.
