I've never used an Exchange server, so I have zero clues about how it
might work. I've only used UW-IMAPd and I only have experience helping
people with that and Cyrus-IMAPd. Based on your PINE config, it looks
like the folders may be directly under the IMAP root, but I'm no PINE
expert (went straight from ELM to Mutt).
