Send does not work

I just started using mutt. I have two mail spools in two different systems. I am
running two different mutts with two different setup. One spool is
imap://localhost:1234/INBOX and the other spool is $HOME/Maildir. Both of them
working fine as far as reading mails/newmails/save/delete/compose

But when I try to send an email it says mail is sent but it never really get
sent. I can do the sent from the same system with same spool setup using pine
just fine.

Any help/suggestion would be greatly appreciated
