Macintosh charset

Hi all,

is there any support for the Macintosh charset within mutt?

As far as I know there was never a real submission of this charset itself.
However, it's included within
http://www.iana.org/assignments/character-sets:

Name: macintosh                                           [RFC1345,KXS2]
MIBenum: 2027
Source: The Unicode Standard ver1.0, ISBN 0-201-56788-1, Oct 1991
Alias: mac
Alias: csMacintosh

I've not seen any comment of this or any other name within charset.c or one
of the rfc files. The charset migh be useful for mailboxes which were saved
(converted) to a Mac charset.
