msgid lock killing outgoing mail & folders ?

Hi,

I have attached the last part of my ./home/adam/Mail/procmaillog
[I don't understand why the last month is October rather than November 2003] which seems to indicate a problem with 'msgid', possibly explaining why outgoing mail is not being delivered, and why mail is not being put into designated folders by procmail.

Excuse my naivete', but why is 'msgid' locked ?

See below.
