Section 3.9 from TFM. Beginning of address is sufficient as long as
there's no ambiguity. The problem of Zbynek is missing "subscribe"
keyword in his subscriptions. Properly written that file shall have only
one line

subscribe sed-users mutt cstex

Andrei
