I believe mutt gets both RMS's and ESR's seal of approvals, and they
both have so much as said that they dedicate their efforts to
"software that which does not suck."

Since you don't get to see who is in the BCC field, count that one out.

Why do it this way to begin with, when mutt is easier to deal with
working against local spools?
