For messages which are sent to you twice with the same message-id the
combination of these two items on your ~/.procmailrc will deal with it:
# detect dupes
:0 Whc: .msgid.lock
| formail -D 8192 .msgid.cache
# divert dupes
:0 a:
duplicates/
