Unfortunately the implementation of IMAP in "mutt" is sightly incomplete and you can not delete IMAP folders... I am using a macro and a perl script which do it, but unfortunately you have to know the NAME of the mailfolder, since you can not get the name from "mutt" in the macro and pass it as argument to the perl script...
