RFC 2822 (is that the right number?) does not allow non-ascii characters
in headers, and there is another RFC that describes how to encode
non-ascii characters in headers.  The above is your name in that
encoding.

The mailing list thingy doesn't appear to decode the headers according
to this RFC.
