The problem I see is that in many cases, you can end up with multiple
Delivered-To, X-Original-To, etc. addresses in the same message. Such a
patch has to determine which one to use (I guess for most people's
purposes, the first would be the best).

Also, with Postfix, at least, Delivered-To is the FINAL
envelope-recipient (i.e., after the recipient address has been
expanded).
