I expect at least:
- on the folders list what's 'new' and 'old' (i mean the number
of messages)
- a little index ( 15 lines) above the message view (pager).
- if possible a way to switch from the message (pager) to the
index lines above withoutt losing the message view.

the ' set pager_index_lines="15" # number of lines of a
mini-index when viewing a message' don't work.
