Can I use a wildcard for the hook here? If the reply address contains
'disgest', then set fast_reply=no. Is it possilbe?

Another question:

Is it possible that mutt render the mailing list digest into threads so that
every individual message in that disgest is presented as a separate message
in a thread?

Right now if I want to reply one message in the disgest, I have to manually
copy the address and the subject. How do you handle digest?
