Yes, it's an aestheticism(?)..  The Crypto code in mutt is now pretty
generic, so you supply generic $crypt_* options:  based on whether
$smime_is_default is true or not, they have effect on S/MIME (OpenSSL)
or PGP operations..

The $pgp_* options are now synonyms for the new, genericly named,
$crypt_* options..
