setting 'From: ' adress for bouncing mails

hi,

I want to setup mutt to use a different mailadress (!= user@xxxxxxxxxxx).
I tried:

------
my_hdr: From: ...
set envelope_from
set bounce_delivered=no
------

But mutt / postfix still uses 'user@xxxxxxxxxxx'.

Programs:

mutt -version
Mutt 1.4.2i (2004-02-11)
[...]

postfix
2.0.16-1


How do I tell mutt, which email adress to use for bouncing mails ?
