mut-users in digest-foramt don't show all headers

Hi,
I am subscribed to this list and I am receiving it in digest-format. In
my.procmailrc I have this to split the digest-format:

        :0:
        * ^Subject:.*mutt-users-digest
        | formail +1 -ds >>mutt

Looking at the mails shows me that only three headers are written in the
splitted mails:

Date: Thu, 23 Oct 2003 15:51:56 -0400
From: dd <dom_over@xxxxxxx>
Subject: How to not 

What is missing e.g. to make a list-reply is:

From: owner-mutt-users-digest@xxxxxxxx (mutt-users-digest)
To: mutt-users-digest@xxxxxxxx
Subject: mutt-users-digest V1 #1631

Why are the mails in the digest-format are cut-off or is there a way to add
the missing headers (only given at the beginning of the digest-foramt).
