If you are using procmail, you can insert Content-Type headers to make
Mutt automatically decode the traditional sigs. Look for "PGP-Notes.txt"
in the Mutt source.

Content-Type: application/pgp; format=text; x-action=encrypt
Content-Type: application/pgp; format=text; x-action=sign

Works for me like a charm.
