Confirm sending messages *always*

Greetings!

First off, I'm a switching 'pine' user, so I am very new to mutt and apologize
if the question I'm going to ask had already been addressed in the past.

Is there a way mutt could be made to *always* ask for confirmation before
sending a message? Right now it only asks if there is no subject line
or no recipients have been specified. Whenever 'y' is pressed, I would like to
be always asked something like "really send message?" (and perhaps given some
sensible defaults like [yes]/no).

Is this doable in mutt?

Many thanks,

Nickolai Dobrynin
